Tokyo Sunset over Mt. Fuji

The sun sets over Mt. Fuji (富士山), an active stratovolcano along the Pacific Ocean Ring of Fire which last erupted over 300 years ago with Tokyo metropolitan urban skyline cityscape in the foreground viewed from Kita City (北区). Also known as Fujisan, the volcano is admired for it's beauty and is a major tourist and hiking destination. The center of Tokyo is approximately 100 kilometers from Mt. Fuji and the mountain is the seventh-highest peak of an island on Earth.
